Health Equity Resources
The AIDS Institute Director's 2020 Call to Action Letter specifically established the priority of applying a health equity lens to our work. We are pleased to share with you the document titled Health Equity Resources. This document, prepared by the AIDS Institute, is a list of resources to help the user familiarize themselves with health equity concepts and to provide links to national organizations that support efforts to move toward health equity. We hope you find this resource helpful. In the coming months, we will be sharing additional resources, trainings and fact sheets on health equity. If you have questions, thoughts or suggestions, please write to the AIDS Institute Health Equity mail log at AI.HealthEquity@health.ny.gov.
